Earle Banks (b. June 25, 1954) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 67th District since 1993.

Banks is an attorney, funeral director, and insurance executive. He earned his JD from the Mississippi College School of Law and BS from Jackson State University.

Banks is a member of 100 Black Men, Elks, Jackson State University Foundation, Leadership Jackson, Magnolia Bar Association, Mason, Mississippi Bar Associations, Mississippi Funeral Directors and Morticians Association, National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association, Red Cross Board, and the Young Men's Christian Association Board.[1]
