Earline Rogers (b. December 20, 1934) is a Democratic member of the Indiana State Senate, representing District 3 and serving as Minority Whip. She was first elected to the chamber in 1990. She served as President and Member of the Gary City Council from 1980 to 1982, and in the Indiana House of Representatives from 1982 to 1990.

Rogers earned her B.S. and M.S. from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1957 and 1971, respectively. Her professional experience includes working as a teacher for Gary Community School Corporation and Education Consultant.
