Earnest Williams (b. June 14, 1949) is a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 87. Williams represented the district, previously the 89th District, since 2003.

Williams is a teacher.

He serves on the Executive Board of the Organization of DeKalb Educators, is a member of the Georgia Association of Educators, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and is President of the DeKalb Alumni Association at Albany State University.[1]
