An East Otay Mesa Recycling, Measure A ballot proposition was on the June 8, 2010 ballot for voters in the unincorporated areas of San Diego County, where it was overwhelmingly approved.

Measure A asked voters if they were willing to locate a new recycling center and Class III solid waste landfill in the East Otay Mesa unincorporated area of San Diego County.
