Ed Gluck was a Libertarian candidate for District 38 of the Indiana State Senate. The primary election was on May 4, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Gluck lost to Democratic incumbent Timothy Skinner by a margin of 17,096 to 1,303. Republican candidate Bill Webster also ran in the election, receiving 14,617 votes.[1]
