Armstrong earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2001. His professional experience includes working for the Boys and Girls Clubs of American in Maryland, Tyson Foods, Inc. as manager of state government affairs, and Armstrong & Davis Consulting, Inc. as Partner and CEO.
