Eddie Farnsworth is a Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives. He has represented the 22nd district since January 10, 2011. He formerly served in the house from 2001 to 2008, and as majority leader from 2003 to 2004.

Farnsworth earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Arizona. He went on to receive his MBA in Finance/Investments from George Washington University. He then earned his JD from George Washington University.

Farnsworth is the former vice president/in-house counsel for a local manufacturing company. He is also a former intern for the office of Senator Orrin Hatch of the U.S. Senate. He is currently the president/executive director of Benjamin Franklin Charter Schools.

Farnsworth faced Paul Howell, Brett Petillo, Steve Urie, and incumbent Laurin Hendrix in the August 24 primary. Farnsworth and Urie advanced with 16,725 and 9,933 votes, respectively. Farnsworth and Urie won unopposed in the general election on November 2.[1][2]
