Eileen Filler-Corn is a Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 41. She defeated Republican Kerry D. Bolognese a special election held March 2, 2010. Filler-Corn won by only 37 votes, but Bolognese did not ask for a recount.[1]
