An El Cajon Adoption of a City Charter, Proposition D ballot question was on the June 5, 2012 ballot for voters in the City of El Cajon in San Diego County, where it was approved.

The approval of Proposition D means that the City of El Cajon is now what is known as a "charter city," rather than a "general law city".
