Eleanor Holmes Norton (b. June 13, 1937) is a Democratic, non-voting member of the U.S. House of Representatives, serving as a delegate from the District of Columbia. Norton was first elected in 1990. She won re-election in 2012.[1]

Biography

Norton was born in Washington, D.C. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Antioch University, received her master's degree from Yale University, and her law degree from Yale University Law School.[2]
