Emily Ann Cain (b. March 29, 1980) is a Democratic member of the Maine House of Representatives. She has represented the 19th District since 2004.

Cain works as the Coordinator of Advancement of the Honors College at the University of Maine, and is Special Assistant for Presidential Events for the The University of Maine Alumni Association.

Cain is State Chair of the New England Board of Higher Education, and a member of the Orono Democratic Committee.[1]
