Emily Virgin (b. 10/01/1986) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 44. Virgin joined the house in 2010.

One of the youngest members of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.[1] She is currently studying law at Oklahoma University College of Law.[2]

Virgin ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Oklahoma House District 44. She ran unopposed in the June 26 Democratic primary and was unchallenged in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[3][4]

Virgin ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on July 27. Incumbent Bill Nations is ineligible to seek re-election due to term limits. Virgin defeated Kent Hunt (R) in the general election.[5]
