The list will be updated periodically to keep with the ever-changing political environment. While it is impossible to accurately track 100% of all endorsements, this page will strive to detail as many as possible. Once the Republican primary is decided, endorsements of President [[Barack Obama]] will be added as well.

The list was updated periodically to keep with the ever-changing political environment. While it was impossible to accurately track 100% of all endorsements, this page strived to detail as many as possible. This page focused on the main presidential race, with [[Barack Obama]] and [[Mitt Romney]]. To submit a nomination, email [mailto:editor@ballotpedia.org editor@ballotpedia.org].

Revision as of 07:08, 9 May 2014

This page tracked elected officials who endorsed a candidate in the 2012 presidential election. Individuals listed on this page include, among others:

The list was updated periodically to keep with the ever-changing political environment. While it was impossible to accurately track 100% of all endorsements, this page strived to detail as many as possible. This page focused on the main presidential race, with Barack Obama and Mitt Romney. To submit a nomination, email editor@ballotpedia.org.

In the general election, endorsements of presidential candidates were nearly unilaterally along party lines. Therefore, this page did not list all endorsements.

For a list of endorsements in the Republican nomination process, see: Endorsements by state officials of Republican presidential candidates in the 2012 election
