Erin Murphy (b. March 13, 1960) is a Democratic-Farmer Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. She has represented District 64A since 2007 and currently serves as an Assistant Majority Leader.

Murphy serves as Executive Director of the Minnesota Nurses Association. She has previously been Legislative Director to Minnesota Attorney General Hubert Humphrey III, Community Relations Director for the Minnesota Department of Children, Families and Learning, an Organizer/Lobbyist for the Minnesota Nurses Association, and an Operating Room Nurse at the University of Minnesota Hospital.

Murphy earned her MA in Organizational Leadership/Health Care from the College of Saint Catherine and BS in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.

She is married and has 2 children.[1]
