The question on the ballot:
| Shall Estacada Rural Fire Protection District No. 69 be authorized to issue general obligation bonds not to exceed $5,600,000? If bonds are approved, they will be payable from taxes on property or property ownership that are not subject to the limits of section 11 and 11b, Article XI of the Oregon Constitution. |
