Eugene Clarke (b. April 4, 1956) is a Republican member of the Mississippi State Senate, representing District 22. He was first elected to the chamber in 2003.

Clarke was a member of the Washington County Board of Education from 1987 to 1991. He has also been a member of the Washington County Republican Executive Committee.


Clarke earned his B.S. from Mississippi State University in 1978. His professional experience includes working as a Staff Accountant, CPA, and Partner in Clarke, Bradley, Wicks and Baker.
