Eugene Gant is a member of the New Mexico Public Education Commission. He represents District 7.[1]


Gant is a past member of the Las Cruces Public Schools Board Of Education, serving from 2001 to 2009. He is the past president and member of the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Las Cruces. Gant has been a member of the New Mexico Public Education Commission since 2007. He is also currently a member of the New Mexico Public School Capital Outlay Council.[2]
