Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

Shall the Township of Fairfield, Shiawassee County, Michigan, levy two mills ($2.00) of each $1,000.00 of taxable valuation on all Real and Personal property in the Township of Fairfield for a period of five years, 2012 to 2016 inclusive as provided by Article IX Section Six of the Constitution of the State of MI, to provide funds for all roads within Fairfield Township.
