Not on Ballot
Proposed allot measures that were not on a ballot
This measure did not or
will not appear on a ballot
No Minimum Gas Rates did not appear on the November 4, 2008 statewide ballot in Florida as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure would have abolished mandating gasoline prices.

The Florida Ballot Initiative, a 527 advocacy group, sponsored the initiative. The group believed that mandating a minimum gas price artificially inflates the gas prices and that it should be valued at market price.[1]

The initiative was filed with the Florida Secretary of State. It did not make the ballot.
