Florida/Georgia man charged with voter fraud

A Hartwell businessman is under investigation for voter fraud in Georgia and Florida.[1]
One man, two votes
Hart County Registrar Libby Forbes said she learned Tom Habel voted in both Hart County, Georgia and Collier County, Florida, in October, when she was approached by a reporter for WSBTV in Atlanta. Forbes said she was surprised when told Habel voted in Florida, where he resides part time. "I saw him vote," she said. She also recalled that Habel came in to pick up an absentee ballot request for his wife, who also was in Florida at the time.[1]
