November 2, 1965 ballot in the state of Florida.Five statewide ballot measure were on the
- Four of the measures were approved.
- All five were legislatively-referred constitutional amendments.
On the ballot
|Amendment 1||Judiciary||Prescribes the number of appellate districts within the state and the number of judges to serve each district|
|Amendment 2||Judiciary||Authorizes the legislature to provide an additional county judge in Lake County|
|Amendment 3||Judiciary||Provides that in Palm Beach County the clerk of the circuit court shall also be the clerk of the criminal court of record|
|Amendment 4||Bonds||Authorizes $300,000,000 in bonds for the purpose of constructing and reconstructing major roads|
|Amendment 5||Taxes||Defines mobile homes, trailer coaches, house trailers, etc., to be "motor vehicle" and therefore subject to only a license tax|
