De-certifications:
- Florida Redistricting, Amendment 7, which was scheduled to appear on the general ballot, was removed by court order on July 8.
- Florida Property Tax Limit, Amendment 3, was also scheduled to appear on the general ballot but was removed following a July 23.
- Florida Health Care Freedom, Amendment 9, was removed from the ballot following a court order on July 29.
