Florida County Superintendents of Public Instruction, Amendment 4 appeared on the November 8, 1966 election ballot in Florida as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The amendment provides for the terms and employment of appointive county superintendents of public instruction.[1]
