Florida Creation of Hillsborough County Judicial Offices, Amendment 1 appeared on the November 8, 1966 election ballot in Florida as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The amendment creates separate offices for the State Attorney of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit and Prosecuting Attorney or County Solicitor of the Criminal Court of Record of Hillsborough County.[1]
