The Florida Legislative Referral Limit Amendment (2014) may appear on the November 4, 2014 ballot in the state of Florida as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. This amendment would limit the number of referrals sent to the ballot by the legislature to three per election. The measure was introduced before the legislature as Senate Bill 0254.[1]

In order to qualify for the November 2012 ballot the proposed amendment requires approval by a minimum of 60% in the both the Florida House of Representatives and the Florida Senate.
