A Formation of an Alpaugh Community Services District (CSD), Measure Q ballot question was on the November 6, 2012 ballot for voters in the area of the proposed Alpaugh Community Services District in Tulare County, where it was approved.

Measure Q created a new "Alpaugh Community Services District" as per the order adopted on July 11, 2012 by the Local Agency Formation Commission of Tulare County.
