Four ballot questions scheduled to appear on Nevada 2010 ballot

CARSON CITY, Nevada: At least four measures will appear on the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in Nevada. Lawmakers approved the language for the measures on May 7. Two measures relate to judicial reform, while one relates to eminent domain and one to taxes.[1][2] Approximately eight citizen-initiatives have been filed for the 2010 ballot. The petition signature filing deadline for initiated state statutes has already passed but proposed initiated constitutional amendments are due by June 15, 2010. The chart below details currently approved ballot measures.
