Frances Potter (b. April 2, 1929) is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing the Merrimack 10 District from 1998 to 2012.

Potter is a retired minister.

Potter earned her B.A. from Smith College; MA from University of California, Berkeley; and MDiv from Episcopal Divinity School.
