Frank Chandler was a Republican candidate for District 61 of the Alabama House of Representatives. The primary election was on June 1, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Chandler earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering and his Master's of Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

Chandler was a candidate for the Alabama House of Representatives in 2006 but was unsuccessful. He is currently the owner/manager of GE-and-E Services, LLC. He was formerly employed as a Business Account Manager with the Alabama Power Company.

Chandler and his wife, Deborah, have two children.
