Frank A. Ciccone, Jr. (b. October 10, 1947) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island State Senate, representing District 7. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

Ciccone received his diploma from Hope High School. He then attended Bryant College in 1974. Ciccone is a Field Representative for Rhode Island Laborers District Council.
