Frank Conaway, Jr. (b. January 4, 1963) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 40 since January 10, 2007.

Conaway works as Chauffeur for the Municipal Post Office, City of Baltimore. He has previously been a Sales Consultant, Associate Director of Sales for New England Tractor Trailer Training School, Sales Representative/Assistant Manager of National Training Systems School, and Owner of F-Dreams, Incorporated.

Conaway is a member of the Prince Hall Masons and the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland.[1]
