Frank E. Wright is the current seat holder of the Stonewall District on the Frederick County Public School Board. Wright was appointed by the Board earlier this year following the death of board member Melvin S. "Jim" Harmon, Jr. He was elected to the board on November 5, 2013 in an unopposed race.
