Gavin "Frank" Hamilton (b. August 24, 1936) is a former Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He represented the 109th District from 1992 to 2012.

Hamilton is a businessman and private pilot. He attended the University of Southern Mississippi.

He is a member of the East Central Civic Association and Mississippi Hunting Dog Association.[1]

On November 6, 2007 Hamilton was re-elected in District 109, defeating Democratic challenger Joe Louis Biggs, Sr.[2] He defeated Billy Dycus in the primary election by a margin of 2,812 to 901.
