Frank Kloucek (b. September 27, 1956) is a former Democratic member of the South Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 19.

Kloucek also served in the South Dakota State House from 1990 to 2002.

Kloucek was a judge for the Miss Minnesota Czech Days Pageant in 2000. He is currently a farmer.

Kloucek is a graduate of both the Rebecca Dunn Leadership and Political Leadership Course and the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course. He earned his BS in Animal Science/General Agriculture from the South Dakota State University in 1978.

Kloucek is not eligible to run for re-election to the 19th District senate seat in 2010 under South Dakota's term limits. He ran for the 19th District state house seat. Kloucek and Edward Van Gerpen (D) won election in the November 2 general election.[1]
