Frank Mulligan was a Libertarian candidate for District 2 of the Arizona House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.[1]

Mulligan ran in the 2010 election for Arizona House of Representatives District 2. Mulligan was defeated by Tom Chabin and Albert Hale in the general election November 2.[2][3]
