Frank Mulligan was a Libertarian candidate for District 2 of the Arizona House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Mulligan earned his BA in Philosophy and his MS in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University. He has worked as a chemistry professor at Coconino Community College since 2009.

Mulligan is also an original member of the Flagstaff Campaign for Liberty. He is the founder of www.redpillmovies.com as well.

Mulligan was uncontested in the August 24 primary. He was defeated by Democrats Tom Chabin and Albert Hale in the November 2 general election.[1]
