Frank Smizik (b. September 4, 1944) is a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the Fifteenth Norfolk district. He was first elected to the chamber in 2000.

Smizik has been a member of the Brookline Town Meeting.

Biography

Smizik's professional experience includes working a lawyer with Kurnos, Rosenberg, Libby, and a lecturer at Boston College Law School. He previously worked as a lawyer with the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, Neighborhood Legal Services, and in private practice.[1]
