Frank W. Wagner (b. July 18, 1955) is a Republican member of the Virginia State Senate, representing District 7. He was first elected to the chamber in 2001.

Wagner served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 1992 to 2001.

Biography

Wagner received a B.S. in Ocean Engineering at U.S. Naval Academy. Wagner is a co-owner/vice president of Davis Boatworks. From 1973 to 1982, Wagner served in the U.S. Navy.
