A Franklin-McKinley School District, Measure U, parcel tax proposition was on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Santa Clara, California, in the Franklin-McKinley school district.

The measure creates a $72 dollars per parcel tax annually for nine (9) years. A 2/3rds supermajority vote was required for passage.

Measure U was approved with 73.60% of the vote.
