Fred DuVal is a former President of the Arizona Board of Regents and is running as a Democratic candidate for Governor of Arizona in the 2014 elections. [1]

Biography

DuVal was a member and President of the Arizona Board of Regents. He was first appointed to the board by immediate-past Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano. His background in Democratic Party politics includes serving as adviser to former two-term Arizona Governor Bruce Babbitt, during his gubernatorial tenure as well as his 1998 presidential primary campaign, in addition to serving in the Clinton White House as Deputy Chief of Protocol of the United States.[2][3]

DuVal holds a bachelor's degree from Occidental College and his law degree from Arizona State University.
