Democrat Fred Miller of Mount Clemens is the current state representative for the 31st District of the Michigan House of Representatives serving his third term. Rep. Miller hold’s a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University’s James Madison College. He is working toward a master's degree in education at Wayne State University.
