Gary Dahl was a Republican member of the Illinois State Senate. Dahl has served in the Illinois Senate since 2005. Dahl was re-elected in November of 2008 with his term expiring in 2012. However, he resigned his seat on December 2, 2010, leaving a two-year unexpired term.[1] Dahl is a trucking firm owner.
