Daniels served in the House previously, representing Hillsborough 6 from 1996 to 2000. He was a candidate for New Hampshire State Senate, District 11 in 2000 and 2002. Daniels served as chair of the Milford Republican Committee.

Biography

Daniels earned his B.S. in Management Information Systems from New Hampshire College. His professional experience includes working as a software quality engineer. Daniels served in the New Hampshire National Guard, United States Army and United States Army Reserve.

The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 13, 2014. Roger H. Tilton was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Gary Daniels defeated Daniel Dwyer, Dan Hynes and Maureen Mooney in the Republican primary. Tilton and Daniels will face off in the general election.[1]

He was followed by Robert Willette (6,403), William Belvin (6,091), Shannon Chandley (5,730), Stephen Palmer (5,612), Michael Sroka (5,199), Peter Stearns (4,814), Nan Stearns (4,751), Milli Knudsen (4,701), John Bernard Mendolusky (4,219), Len Gerzon (4,216), Roger Tilton (3,905), David Micciche (3,681), Peter Hansen (2,805) and others (47) who were presumably write-ins.[6] Daniels raised $362 for his campaign funds.[7]
