Gary Daniels (b. May 16, 1954) is a Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough 40. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006.

Daniels served in the House previously, representing Hillsborough 6 from 1996 to 2000. He was a candidate for New Hampshire State Senate, District 11 in 2000 and 2002. Daniels served as chair of the Milford Republican Committee.

Biography

Daniels earned his B.S. in Management Information Systems from New Hampshire College. His professional experience includes working as a software quality engineer. Daniels served in the New Hampshire National Guard, United States Army, and United States Army Reserve.

Daniels won election in the 2012 election for New Hampshire House of Representatives, Hillsborough 40. Daniels advanced past the September 11 primary and defeated Henry Mullaney (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

On November 4, 2008, Daniels was re-elected by finishing fourth in the Hillsborough 6 District of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, taking one of the eight potential seats there. Daniels (6,415) finished behind Cynthia Dokmo (7,123), Robert Rowe (6,630), and Peter Bergin (6,531). He was followed by Robert Willette (6,403), William Belvin (6,091), Shannon Chandley (5,730), Stephen Palmer (5,612), Michael Sroka (5,199), Peter Stearns (4,814), Nan Stearns (4,751), Milli Knudsen (4,701), John Bernard Mendolusky (4,219), Len Gerzon (4,216), Roger Tilton (3,905), David Micciche (3,681), Peter Hansen (2,805) and others (47) who were presumably write-ins.[3] Daniels raised $362 for his campaign funds.
