Gary Finch is a Republican member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 123 since 1999. Finch is part of the minority whip for the New York State Assembly. His political experience also includes being the deputy minority whip for the New York State Assembly; as well as mayor and trustee for the Village of Aurora.

Finch is the owner and chief operating officer of Brew-Finch Funeral Homes.
