Foster's opponents in the November 2 general election were Democratic candidate Anne Graham and Independent candidate Tyler Frank. According to unofficial results, Graham defeated Foster and Frank in the November 2 general election.[1] Republican incumbent Susan Austin was not eligible to run for re-election under Maine's term limits.
