Gary Siplin (b. October 21, 1954) is a former Democratic member of the Florida State Senate, representing 19 from 2002 to 2012. Florida term limits disqualified him from re-election in 2012.

Siplin served in the Florida State House of Representatives from 2000 to 2002.

Siplin was a Law Clerk for United States District Judge Edward Davis in 1981. He then worked as an Assistant Attorney for Miami-Dade County in 1982. He is currently an attorney.

Siplin earned his BA in Political Science from Johnson C. Smith University in 1973. He went on to receive his MA in Public/International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977. He then earned his JD from Duquesne University in 1988.
