Gayle L. Manning (b. March 2, 1950) is a Republican member of the Ohio State Senate, representing District 13. She was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Biography

Manning earned her Bachelor's degree from Kent State University and her Master's degree from Akron University. She was an elementary school teacher in the North Olmsted City Schools for 37 years. Manning was a member and President Pro Tempore of the North Ridgeville Council.

In a February 18, 2011 interview with The Columbus Dispatch, Manning voiced concerns about the controversial collective bargaining bill, saying she sympathizes with the teachers and has not yet made a decision on the bill.[1]
