Biography
Davis was born in 1958 in Montreal, Canada, to American parents, and attended high school in West Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He earned his B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and went on to serve in the Army through 1987. Outside of politics, he has also worked as a manufacturer and consultant.[2]
