George Eichhorn (born in Davenport, Iowa) is a former member of the Iowa State Legislature, representing District 9 for two years starting in 2005. On December 17, 2009, he announced his candidacy for the office of secretary of state and challenge incumbent Democrat Michael Mauro for the position. [1]

  • Bachelor's degree, Drake University (with honors)
  • Juris Doctorate degree, Drake University Law School
